If I could give ZERO stars I would. You need to be able to trust a towing company, you are obviously in a vulnerable position when you call one. These crooks were asked to tow my vehicle to a dealership. Instead, they drop it off at one of their buddies repair shops that conveniently has no drop box, thus incurring extra charges. When I refused and asked for the keys back, they demanded more money from me in order to get MY OWN keys back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, INSURANCE COMPANIES, DO NOT REFER THIS COMPANY!!!
